Picnic with Alpacas

for 2.5 hours at 11:30 am or 1:30 pm
starting on April 6th
Picnic with Alpacas
$560 for up to 4 people for 2,5 hours
$80/each additional guest (kids 2 and under are free)
Every person 12yr old and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- 2,5 hours of experience:
30 mins of meet and greet the Alpacas.
15 to 30 mins to take an Alpaca for a walk using a halter and lead line.
Up to 1 hr. and 30 mins to Picnic on the Farm.
- A picnic setup with rugs, throw pillows, low table with centerpiece decoration, space decor, a vintage picnic basket with disposable flatware inside to setup as needed, custom message chalkboard, 1 fringe umbrella (weather permitting), 3 board games.
- 1 snack box per guest (1 savory treat, 1 sweet treat and 1 soft drink of choice).
- Still water with ice.
- The Picnic with Alpacas will be setup in any of our Standard themes. All other themes or custom themes can be requested at additional fees.

Upgrade to the luxury setup for only $120 for up to 4 guests!
The picnic will take place at Bluebird Farm Alpacas in Peapack, NJ. It will last up to 2,5 hours during selected time slot ONLY. We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time to Check in and start promptly.
You'll start the experience with a tour and meet&greet of the Alpacas and then the guided walk to the field where the picnic will be waiting for you.

- Fill out the form with details
- Complete payment. FULL payment is required for booking. Any add-ons will be invoiced by e-mail and must be paid in full no later than 24 hrs. before picnic time.
Please allow us, at least, 3 days in advance to book.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows, but we are able to re-schedule for a different date, if notified 2 days before original selected date and upon availability.
Kids 2 and under are free and will not have a place setting of their own, so you don't have to include them in the final headcount. If you do wish to have a place setting for them, please include them in the guest count.
In case of inclement weather, your picnic may be setup in the barn or moved to an alternate date.
For only an additional $120, you can enjoy your Picnic with Alpacas in the Luxury Setup. We'll add the full tablescape, fine place setting and comfortable low rattan pillow seats along with everything else in your package.
