Questions

1-. How do I book a service or a rental? First, browse our packages, themes and add-ons. Then, head to the "Inquire now" page and fill out the form with all your selections. We will answer your request by email in the next 24-48 hours confirming availability. You'll receive a link to pay 50% non-refundable deposit which is necessary to secure your date. Once you pay deposit, your pop-up event has been booked!

2-. Do you provide food? We have some food offerings in our Add-ons list that you can request on top of your event package. Since we do not have a license to handle food, all the food we offer is pre-packaged but arranged in an upscale way for you to enjoy! For Charcuterie boards and specialty food catering, we can definitely recommend some vendors that we like to work with! AND you are always welcome to bring your own food.

3-. Can kids attend the event? Of Course!!! kids are always welcome in our picnics. We recommend counting them for their own table setting for kids 3yrs old+up; younger kids may not sit at the table and/or need their own place setting, so no need to add them to the final headcount. But please do let us know to bring special dinnerware in materials that are not harmful for them but still pretty.

4-. How many guests can I book? As of Today, we can accommodate up to 100 guests, but if you are having an event in a public park, please let us know well in advance since most parks require a permit for parties of more than 15 people.

5-. Can I still have my picnic if it rains? We understand weather is unpredictable and you still want to celebrate your event on the desired day, but rain will definitely ruin a picnic so we cannot setup in bad weather forecast. We ask our clients to have an indoors backup plan in mind in case of rain, or a backup date if no other place is available.

6-. Can I bring alcohol to the event? We do not offer any alcohol in our packages or add-ons, so you are welcome to bring your own when having the event at a private location. Alcohol consumption IS NOT PERMITTED in public parks in most cases and Black Basket LLC. will not be liable for any offenses incurred by the Client.
